  • 3 ounces Salmon
  • Olive oil as required

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1 Lemon 
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Salt as required
  • Pepper as required

Method:

  • Take the salmon, clean the skin and wash it with water thoroughly. Apply olive oil, salt, and pepper, and keep it aside.
  • Take a pan and keep on a medium flame; pour olive oil as required. Once the oil is heated, put the salmon in the pan. Allow the salmon to cook for 3 to 4 minutes, and then flip on the other side and repeat the same. Once done, turn off the flame, remove the salmon to a plate, and keep it aside.
  • Take another pan and, on a low flame, add 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter; once the butter is melted, squeeze 1 whole lemon and 1 tablespoon of garlic and mix well.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, salt, and pepper, and mix all the ingredients. After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, and your garlic butter sauce is ready.
