- 1 Bowl Mushroom
- 4 to 5 cloves of Garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ cup Parsley
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt to taste
Methods:
- Take 1 bowl of mushrooms, rinse them with water, and put them in a strainer for a few minutes.
- Take 4 to 5 cloves of garlic and chop them into fine pieces. Chop ½ cup of parsley. Take 1 onion and cut it into thick slices.

Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 cloves of Garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup French Beans
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese
Methods:
- Take a non-stick pan and put 1 tablespoon butter in the pan. Take 4 to 5 cloves of Garlic. Smash the garlic and put them in the pan. Once you feel the aroma of the garlic, pour ½ cup chicken broth into the pan.

Ingredients:
- 1 bowl Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Methods:
- Take some potatoes, cut them into ½ to ¾ inches cubes, and wash them 2 to 3 times with fresh water. Take a vessel, put water, and keep it to boil. Put the potatoes in the boiling water. Allow the potatoes to cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Don’t completely cook the potatoes; we just want to remove the starch from the potatoes. Put the potatoes in the strainer, drain all the water, and put them into the same vessel so that the potatoes leftover water will evaporate.
